Attack on Buzzy Town

Welcome to Buzzy Town, the place to bee if you're a tiny creature with a big, fluffy belly and wings.

Buzzy Town's concept is that you grow your bee empire by building Guard Combs and Nectar Farms and defend against waves of wasps that will spawn over time. If your Queens Hive gets destroyed, you lose. In fact, you will lose either way at some point because the waves become harder and harder until you can't defend against it anymore.

How to play:

- build a Bee and a Nectar Farm that you place on a flower tile

- build another Bee and maybe a Guard Comb

- you now have a Farmer Bee and a Guard Bee

- the rest is up to you and your big brain

If everything works, you will be able to flex with a highscore.

About making the game:

A quite ambitious idea to be fair and it's far from finished as we envisioned it. There was supposed to be a boss bee and towers that didn't make the cut. A few more types of bees. Animations are also non-existent due to many issues. But hey, there's great sound and the base concept and gameplay-loop works. AI can be a bit "less smart" at times. 

But we're still pretty happy with another little LD game. So see you in April 2025!
